These people ruined over 200$ worth of food in my refrigerator/freezer. It was their fault our neighborhood had no lights for almost 3 days and now they do not want to reimburse me for all my food going bad!!!!

Just a quick note to say thank you once again to the Oncor team, John in truck #583896 and Geo in truck #58840. These two men stayed until almost 5 in the morning to make sure our power was restored after the recent storm in Dallas. They had to run a new power line from the pole in the alley to our home by cutting away tree branches and pulling the old line out from underneath a pile of fallen trees in our back yard. This took a great effort. We could use more guys like these to make the world a better place to live after storms like we had that day. Thanks Guys for a job well done!!!

Oncor is absolutely useless. Going on 4 hours now with no power and no estimated time to resolve. We need a complete overhaul on how power is ran here in Texas.

You have to contact your retail provider (TXU, Mountain Energy, Reliant, e.t.c). Oncor is the deliverer.

I need to know if my meter is solar powered and if it is can I get it moved

Your meter is powered by the current you consume as you consume it. Also it can be very expensive to move your meter. You want it as close to your breaker panel as possible. The cable to run from the meter to the panel was like 10 dollars per foot 10 years ago when we built our house
