I just had a birthday party for my 8 y.o son. I have nothing but POSITIVE feedback to share about Urban Air Garland. The management team is the best. Shoutout to Cameron and Jenny! I was very impressed with how incredibly helpful and courteous they were when walking me through the entire process. They definitely went above and beyond for us to have a stress free and fun experience. The venue itself is also very clean and safe. I could not have asked for more. Thank you all!

This location is fairly clean each time we visit. This urban air doesn’t seem to have the same stuff as another location we usually go to. The cafe/kitchen at this location is ALWAYS short staffed and they rarely seem to be able to take orders without an hour wait time. If it’s going to be an hour wait time bc you have 1 person working the kitchen on a Saturday during a peak time for Birthday parties, then post a sign so people doing wait in line forever to find out it’s an hour to get chicken tenders and fries. Also, why book 1 person to work the kitchen during a busy time with fully booked birthday parties if that person has to be dedicated to making pizza for those parties? I wouldn’t be as annoyed if this was a frequent excuse from this place.

My son Ethan had his 16 Birthday party at the Garland Facilityon Aug 20th. I want to Give a shout out to the team that Hosted my party and a special thanks to Madison aka Madi for a terrific job that day she was spot on very attentive followed up arranged and had everything set up and she cut the cake and served everyone she was a great host and I recommend her for any party. I totally trust her and want to thank her for helping me check in all the kids in and she cleaned everything and I wish her nothing but the Best. The last time we were there was for my son's birthday. They didn't even have the kitchen open & neglected to tell us when we arrived before I paid for everyone. So we couldn't order pizza/food & they wouldn't let us bring in outside food (No birthday cake 😤). I spoke to the manager asked since there was no food to purchase from them could we just get a pizza from place next door & they said no. Told me they could order it for me but would charge me their price which was double the cost if we walked over & got it ourselves. We haven't gone back since
They changed the policy for younger kids. Under 1 is free, 1-5 year olds are $9, and older kids are $20
Depends how old your child is. Under 6yo it's about $12 so the parents can jump for $6. Older than 6 and it would be about $11.
I think the top package (no restrictions) with unlimited time is $20/person
It depends on the package you want each person invests $ 6.99 the most expensive is $ 19.99 is 2.5hrs the cost
Starts at $12.99 for 1 hour limited, up to $19.99 for 2.5 hours unlimited. Per person of course. If you're not jumping, if you're a parent who is just watching your kids jump, you don't have to pay.
No, you can be barefoot
Yes and at some locations you have to buy the socks.
They have Jumparoo Wednesday and Friday for 5 and under from 10am till noon for $8 dollars per child. Parents jump for free. No big kids allowed.
It is $12.99 for an hour and you can add a second hour for $8. That is for kids 5 and older. A parent pass is $5
Fourth of July will open at 10AM and close at 3PM
No promotions in summer
$12.99 for 1 hour and $8.00 more for a second hour for kids 5 and older. $5.00 for parents.
If adults want to jump they have to pay but if adults are not free with children.
$8.99 for 1 hour for 5 and younger. $12.99 for 1 hour for older than 5. Parents can jump for $5.00
The cost depends on what kind of party you are having. I had my 14th birthday party there last year and it was really fun. One thing that was misleading though, was that we were not told when we booked the party that you have to ask separately for a party room. We assumed the party room come as part of the party package; then on the day of the party, we found out that we were not going to get a party room but only a table. Overall though, it was a good party.
The cheapest is $12.99 for one person for one hour. It geta more expensive depending on how long you want to stay. They also have different deals offered sometimes like buy one get one or unlimited arcade access
$19.90 each person
You just go register in a computer, pay and enjoy but they have different packages and if you refer to accident cover you have to read their waiver on the pc when registering. Enjoy.
