I love love this place, I have been looking for a place to groom my furry babies, when we got there all 3 of my dogs were not nervous and almost anxious to see what was behind the door to the grooming area. They did an amazing job with all my babies. My small kitten didn’t recognize them when we got home. Everyone there is super nice and sweet. Highly recommend this place. My furry babies will be regulars at the dog house. Love it!!!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a little over a year now. I took Olaf to get groomed last week as he was over due for a hair cut. When we picked him up we were told they had cut him with the clippers and to keep an eye on it. We understand groomers make mistakes and since this was his first “big” cut, we were okay with it. A couple days went by and I get a call from one of the groomers checking up to see how his cut was doing, I just want to say I’ve never received a follow up call when the groomers messed up so I was very happy that they called to follow up. A couple more days went by and we saw no improvement on the cut and even put medicine on it. So I called the groomers yesterday 6/9, and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke to Robert who said he was the one that finished up my dog and saw his cut and said he was going to take him to the vet to get it checked out but figured he was going to be okay. He advised me to take him to the vet and to send him the bill and they would reimburse me! We took him to the vet today, 6/10, and as promised, Robert reimbursed me the money I had to pay to get Olaf checked out. I am so thankful that they care that much about the pets and do anything and everything they can to help us out when they make mistakes. After this, Olaf will definitely still be going to The Dog House Grooming because it’s hard to find a groomers that will take really good care of your pets! Thank you so much Robert and staff!

We love taking our Corgi, Gatsby here! He always comes back smelling clean and feeling soft for weeks. They always take extra time with him as well when his fur is shedding awfully. I refuse to use any other grooming services, I trust no one else with my baby!

I wish I could say how this company's services are, but I can't. I called to schedule my 3 husky's for grooming, a man named Brad answered and immediately put me on hold. Cool, no problem. But then instead he hung up on me. I thought, okay weird. So I called back. Brad proceeded to then SCREAM at me very annoyed and rudely. I'm trying to give you business BRAD. Worst customer service I have EVER received. Will not be calling back a 3rd time. Congratulations on loosing business Mr. Brad.
