The products sold are great but the pick up system is not benafical to small contractors. The pick up time is just too long. They should have an express line.

We have always liked buying lumber from Lee Roy Jordan; however, the last two times that we came to pick up lumber the wait was unbelievable (around an hour and a half). We saw many unhappy customers experiencing the same problem. As a contractor, it's really hard to justify wasting this much time to pick up materials. It's unfortunate.
