Super disappointed with this store. I ordered a custom shower door back in July. It arrived in August but was broken. They told me they would send it back and reorder. I called the store several weeks later when the new door was supposed to be in only to find out that the new door was never actually ordered because it had been discontinued. No one thought to let me know. So, we ordered another door. They told me the new door would be in in two weeks. It has now been four and I have not heard a thing from the store. Currently, I'm trying to reach someone at the store to ask them the status. I've called 15 times and have not been able to talk to a single person. I've tried curbside pickup, lumber, pro-desk etc. and no one will answer in any of their departments. Quite frankly the customer service is pitiful and I will only be using Lowes from now on.
