I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram from red river dodge in Jacksonville on April 6th 2022.It was delivered to me.When I received the truck a mirror was broken.And there was no spare tire. I called and was told they would replace the mirror and get me a spare tire. They replaced the mirror. But for two months they have done nothing but give me the run around about the spare tire.

I believe they do. I have worked with them through Atlas Auto Auction. They are good, fair people. Give them a call.
Upside down is hard to work with on anything but a new car (rebates help cover difference) but they are good people there and will make you a fair offer.
We don't typically pay for sales tax, although we are usually open to negotiate in order to make sure the buyer is leaving with a good deal. Sometimes we can get sales tax included in your loan, but that still depends on the finance company that you're approved through.
So far we have not got any flood damage tha/s so far
