Sales experience its self was not a bad experience. However 3 weeks later when I realized my due date did not work with my paydays and tried to have it changed. I went into the store and was corner in one of their offices by 2 of the employees questioned about my money and told I was not going to get my TITLE because I was needing to change my due date and I didn't respond to their voice messages. I didn't respond to thei r voice messages because I don't listen to my voice mail. And its illegal told hold a title. I'm contacting an attorney. I can't even get my tags, temp tag is expired and they know that they made a comment about it while they were questioning me.

Car mart in McAlester is pathetic!! TJ missed a few payments so the car got picked up, that’s on him. Then car mart said he could sign and agree to a date to bring in the taxes owed on the car to get it back, which he did and THEY ALSO SIGNED IT. Which makes it a contract and guess what happened!? GM of car mart decided to disregard that payment agreement and process the car as a repo anyways, then when we came in to make that payment the dealership and TJ agreed to they had to resale him the car, try to take the license plate that HE PAID FOR, he resigned the contract and was told the repo would be taken off his credit because he was in possession of the car and was making payments, only to be told there was nothing they could do and it’s his fault. EVEN THO THEY VOIDED THE LAST CONTRACT SIGNED BY BOTH PARTIES. Now they’re telling him if they take the car back cause what sane person is going to pay $700 a month for a car that’s on his credit as a repo, that it’ll be a second repo ON THE SAME CAR!! All they are trying to cover up the GM’s mistake like every corporation does with customers. If she would’ve just paid more attention and did her job he and they would not be in this situation! DO BETTER CARMART!
