I called Consumers Energy about a tree branch resting upon our power supply line in Leelanau County in the morning of May 31st, 2022. I related it was not an emergency and was told it could be handled in three days. Well, Don from C. E. appeared at our home at 9:40pm the same day I had called took care of the branch and was most amicable. We are impressed by the very timely response to the situation and by Don himself. Very good service and a very good employee.

Had a horizontal drill crew in my front yard left quite a mess left their electrical tape thrown on the ground in, no communication what will be done in the future electrical wires hanging out of the ground

I called after moving into an apartment unit to get electricity billing switched over to me. The hold was hardly a minute, and the person on the other end was patient and polite. They require a scan/photo of drivers license, SS card, and lease, which is unusual from my experience
