Let's don't get this wrong there is no misunderstanding if you buy a scratch off from this location they flat refuse to cash it in if it's more than $100. I bought a $5 bingo and won a $400 the young white cashier flat refused to even scan it look at it and just tell me to go somewhere else he was rude and he wouldn't even happen. I found out at a different location of QT there's other options to get a cashed this kid didn't even tell me anything he just told me to go away.

I don’t understand why they have an employee out at the busiest time of the day in the morning power washing by the gas pumps. Can’t they do that in the middle of the day or earlier in the day or in the evening?! Manager on duty justifies it by saying well we’ve got to have someone out there cleaning them and looks out the window and says he see so many gas pumps open. While we’ve been sitting out there for 10 minutes waiting for one and we’ve left to go to Buc ee’s to get gas. I guess that’s the norm for employees these days they justify everything they do and say.

Man, I just wanted mustard and they had packets but I wanted bottled. This one employee wouldn't give me any. I had to keep shouting "Mustard."
