ServPro is amazing!! I had damage under my home from raccoons & skunks. Matt came out to do an estimate and took necessary pictures and measurements of damage for me to submit to my insurance. He was wonderful - thorough, informative, polite, & professional - just the best!! He made the process effortless for me. Yesterday Krista & Rob came out to my house to remove and replace insulation that had been ripped out by animals and to fog area due to strong skunk and raccoon urine smell. I cannot say enough about how fabulous they were. They were both such hard workers!! Throughout the process they kept me informed of everything they were doing and answered any questions I had during the day. Imagine going underneath a 2ft. crawl area to the smell of skunk & urine, as well as torn up insulation. They were unreal!! More than once Krista said how much she loved her job. She said it was so great to have a job where everyday brought different repairs with new challenges. The best part to her was knowing that the work they did really made a difference and helped their customers. For me, the difference was phenomenal. I now know I can face the winter with my house smelling fresh and insulation back in place to help with heating bills in the winter. Having my house back to 100% through the hard work Rob & Krista did has given me such peace of mind. You are both exemplary employees and also so personable and kind. Special thanks to you both!! I feel so blessed that I chose ServPro to help me with a dilemma that I thought had no cure!! I also want to mention Keith and Jessica who initially spoke with me on the phone and set up appointments for me. They were both very patient, professional and so helpful dealing with my situation. If you have a remediation problem with your home due to damage from any source, I can only say that if you call ServPro of Traverse City you will be thrilled with the results! My refrigerator was leaking down into our crawl space for a few days before we found it. ServPro of Grand Traverse was on the job within an hour of me calling my insurance company. From Jessica assessing my situation, to Kurt coming out to clean up, to Keith following up after the work was complete- the whole team made my water problems disappear! I can’t thank them enough and will definitely be using them again! I highly recommend them for ALL your restoration needs! Thank again guys!
