Poor service, made me wait for more than 45 minutes for a inspection.

Bout my 2016 Buick Encore in 2019. It's been a lemon from the start. In the 3 years I've had it it has been in the shop twice for AC repair, and 3 times each year for the same hose. 7/19/22 it overheated due to a crack in the coolant resivior supposedly, and Classic Toyota charged 400.00 for that repar. It's plastic, you can buy that from Autozone for 50.00. Then they said it has oil leaks all underneath, and in the turbo. I change my oil every 5k miles, I use synthetic and not once has it been brought to my attention their was an oil leak, yet Miranda with Toyota said she's surprised it was not mentioned. So it took Toyota over a month to fix the repair which is fine because I had it sit there for 3 weeks as we thought we were just gonna trade it in on a brand new 2022 yet Toyota said it would be at least 30 days to order a new car. Scott said there were none on the lot to test drive and I spend alot of time in my vehicle. Why would anyone purchase a car they can't test drive, and then he said my payments would be in the high 700's. My car not now is only 425.00 a month and that's because I purchased Gap coverage. They do not return calls, and if you need to file with your insurance they do not communicate well with them either, yet place the blame on the insurance even though I've been dealing with Toyota service shop since 7/19 so I know beyter. So 6200.00 in repairs for this shop visit, no way in hell will I purchase another vehicle from Classic Toyota of Tyler.

Our experience with the salesman was great. After that things went downhill. The warranty guy was all friendly until we declined more bumper to bumper warranties. After all, the car supposedly came with a bumper to bumper warranty. We had some glass just above our bumper to shatter into a million pieces. We think a rock must of hit it. It was bizarre. It took a week before we could get it looked at and then three weeks for the glass to be shipped and then a few days longer to get the glass fixed. Lots of back and forth driving on our part to get the car looked at by them. We had to use duct tape to keep the rain out of the car. Of course we were denied a loaner car. We had to pay for the shattered glass and the labor over $500.00.The bumper to bumper warranty is very misleading. In the mean time, a very small square piece on the front of the bumper popped off. Took them a while to get the part in. They then wanted to charge me $75.00 to paint very small part. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I cant believe toyota; I witness this company have such a high turnover because the staff bullied and manipulate people especially in the service department, its toxic and the harrasment to treat someone a certain way is terrible. This really plays on the people that work there mental health and thats not right. Im pretty sure this is work harrasment and illegal.

Hi Lydia, we would not sell a warranty that you wouldn’t be able to use. Please give us a call and let us know what issues you are having, we are here to help! (903)508-2770
Is it still under warranty
Will see if my issues are resolved. Number 1, paint should not be coming off my tail pipe when my vehicle is just a year old. Number 2, alot of paint scratches going on with all four doors and no one has ever ridden in the back, so there should be no scratches. Have given you all plenty of time to respond back, but will see if you do tomorrow. This is my fourth to buy from you. Nothing bad against Toyota itself, just the service!
Call the dealer for the best information.
Yes, you can! Our expert team of finance professionals will work with you to get the best finance package possible!
Unfortunately, we are not. Our sales department is open 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM most weekdays, however!
The Classic Toyota COVID safety practices are considerate of our client and staffs' well being. Our facility is sanitized multiple times throughout the day with recommended sanitary products. We do not require clients to wear face masks but all sales and service staff have PPE masks and wear them when in close proximity (less than 6 feet) when social distancing can not be maintained. Our goal is to err on the side of caution and respect our client's concerns while making people as comfortable as possible throughout their time spent at the dealership. We also practice remote vehicle purchases with off site delivery as well as pick up and delivery for service visits upon request. We operate within the guidelines provided by the state of Texas.
I'm sure you can. It's gonna cost you, a lot, especially if it's a keyless ignition. Go to Batteries Plus on S Broadway. They sell keys. It cost a bit, but it's way cheaper than the dealership.
What Classic said. They are good folks!
You'll just have to come in and check!
Hi Mr. Miller, our Parts Department should be able to cut a key for you to unlock the door but you will need to bring proof of ownership with you. Feel free to give our Parts Department a call 903-579-0237 and they will be happy to assist you.
Hi Stephen, the cost of an oil change for a 2012 Tundra is going to be around $75 because it uses synthetic oil. However, please feel free to give us a call at your convenience for an exact price (903)579-0655.
Hi Walter, we are here to help! Come see us, we are open today until 8pm.
39.99 conventional oil and 59.99 Sinthetic oil
You probably need to call Classic and ask them I take my car in for services and they are very fast getting the work done
I don't understand your question, it doesn't make sense to me.
