Unfortunately I had an extremely unpleasant experience today while trying to donate. I was greeted (if you can call it that) by an older woman. I rolled down my window and said hello, getting ready to get out and she tells my passenger and I “you can get out and help.” We get out and start unloading boxes and a tall man walks up from loading a box truck and starts rustling through our boxes. He comes across a box and a fly had landed on it (we are outside) and he starts yelling that there’s bugs in all of our donations. I try to explain to him it landed on the outside of the plastic tote and he gets louder saying we are trying to bring bugs into the store. Other donators around start to look surprised and anxious that he is making a scene. He says he is refusing all of our donations and proceeds to throw my boxes and stuff at me and my car. He was extremely unprofessional, while the other lady tried to calm him down and said they can take everything but that tote. He takes everything out of her hands and demands I put it all back in my car. I will NEVER donate to this location ever again, or probably even shop for that matter. I am a very frequent customer and have never had any issues before this clearly miserable man came along. He wasn’t even the one supposed to be going through the boxes, he was loading a box truck. I’m extremely disappointed in the way I was treated and cannot get anybody to answer the phone. 15 minutes later I dropped everything off at Good Will and they were so sweet, didn’t even demand I get out of the car. Took EVERYTHING and gave me a coupons for 10% off!! They have my money for now on.

Store is nice and clean. Staff are rude and unpleasant. The cashier was heard commenting about a woman in the store: "why is it trying to dress like a girl when it obviously has a p****" and proceeded to pointedly call the same woman "sir" when she went to pay. Thoroughly unpleasant to hear. Edit: went back to this same store a week later, same cashier was behaving in an incredibly disturbing manner, staring directly at me as I walked around the store and mouthing words under her breath. No idea how this behavior is considered acceptable at a storefront.

Usually I find something but not these days. Prices went up significantly. I know pyrex is popular item but heavily damaged fridge dish was $15 glass-bake dish was $10. I got the same one for $3.99 at GW in Gaylord. I can’t do thrift shopping anymore there. Better get new stuff at TJ or Home goods since the price is about the same.

Biiiiiiii*ch of an old lady that works there!!!!! Acted like everything was an inconvenience for her and all we did was donate stuff.
