Just wanted to update my review. I talked with Joy this morning and she was very apologetic and I really do appreciate her reaching out. I believe that had she known about this situation at the time that she would have remedied it. Unfortunately my husband arrived at 11PM with an infant in tow so we weren't really trying to bother with it. Thanks for your time today, Joy!

Sojourn was the absolute best place to celebrate our wedding weekend with our family and friends! The resort is absolutely beautiful and our guests were so excited to spend the weekend together. It was so fun to watch our family and friends get to know each other throughout the weekend going on boat rides, playing sand volleyball, and sitting around the campfire. Joy and Rob were phenomenal at answering our questions and assisting us with anything we needed leading up to the wedding and throughout the entire weekend. It was such an amazing way to spend our wedding because we were able to have not just one day celebrating but an entire weekend! I wish we could do it all over again! :)

We stayed onsite for a wedding weekend earlier this summer and were so impressed by the event spaces and Rob. Rob was gracious, attentive, and flawlessly managed many moving pieces of the schedule throughout our stay. Really this is a review for Rob- he’s awesome!

Our daughter and now son-in-law, planned their wedding at Sojourn Lakeside Resort. We honestly weren't sure what to expect from this 3 day extravaganza, but it proved to be the best weekend ever!! The property, accomodations and banquet hall exceeded our expectations...clean, beautiful and just plain amazing! We attribute alot of the weekend success to Joy and Rob! Both of them were friendly, professional and organized. They accomodated all of our needs and requests, calmed our nerves and even held the rain off so the ceremony was perfect😉 We cannot thank them enough for making the whole experience beautiful and memorable! I can only hope we get to visit again someday! Do not hesitate to plan your event here! You will not be disappointed!
