Several times I have been there and they don't have in inventory what their app says they do. Wasted trips. Poor inventory management is the problem.

Never order doors from Home Depot. The overall experience has been so poor that the installs are nearly always an issue. I can’t determine if it is installers, products, or both. However, I am certain that the sunk cost has not been worth it from start to finish and now aftermath.
