This place is big and fun for kids. There is plenty of study space and study rooms can be reserved for 3 hours. Library cards are for residents only.

Such a great library. Such a variety of material and huge area. I love the kids play area and the number of books available is great. A ton of space and a great place to escape the heat.

They changed the times and dates of being open after Covid… It is definitely a bummer because i remember only Sundays and thursdays being closed but now the times are different, as well as Tuesday closed now as well

After you take that energetic child to the park, yes it's a very child friendly place. But it is still a LIBRARY and discipline and respect are always admirable characteristics in adults and children.
They do have some manga. If you search the catalog for "Scottsdale manga collection" you can see most of the manga series they own

Only if you need to use it for more than 15 minutes. You can get a computer use only card otherwise... for longer use time.
