Been harassed by this company since joining a medicare advantage plan. In spite of me declining the in-home exam, blocking many numbers, calling the office to take me off their call list, they continue to contact both my land line and cell. Today the telemarketer became too pushy. Suggesting I was stupid for not accepting a free evaluation. Enough said about this company!

What I find funny is Matrixs does Not try and sell your insurance that's a lied some of these people are telling on here. Anther lie is Mayrix is doing what your insurance company is requiring matrix to do and then when you complain they lay the blame on matrix and tell you what you want to hear and then put you back on the list to be called. YOUR HEALTH PLAN provides matrix with your info. Another lie matrix employees always introduce themselves before they offer the visit. Before you slander a business for something you yourself signed up for (yes you have to check the box agreeing to a home/telehealth visit when you sign up for your health plan) be honest about your complaint. Are they perfect no because no company is but they do save lives they do care I know this because my grandmother is here today because of them and the wonderful Nurse Practitioner that came that day.

Lovely in-home visit. No cost, provider was kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the worse company to ever work for I was sick they have no remorse for what was going on they expect their employees to work extremely hard to get members to book for a nurse practitioner to come and they cancel appointments and tell you that your getting paid for making appointments but members have to complete appointments never seen any money more cancellations from members then anything and you can cancel taking breaks this is one of the worse companies i have ever worked for and your leads only care about numbers and not being considerate of the employees

Matrix Medical Network is contracted by different insurance companies to complete different health care things. Often it is an annual wellness assessment with a nurse practitioner in your home. It can be very informative.
Matrix is great, the assessment takes 1 hour and if you need services the get them for you.
I am sorry that you are experiencing that. But, there are things you can do. The next time someone calls tell them that you would to be on Dnc List. Or you can ask for member feedback and file a complaint.
I just spoke with my insurance carrier too. They said they are not affiliated with Matrix at all. I also googled and see that Matrix is hiring in my state. So, I'm guessing they want to expand and are trying to build up a customer base. I've blocked their number - they were calling me every couple of days even though I told them once I wasn't interested.
Contact your health care provider. They will be able to help you.
Your insurance company contracts Matrix Medical network to complete an annual wellness assessment. They reach out to have nurse practitioners come to your home to do a comprehensive health check up at no cost.
