I really hate to give this review cuz I've always had good experiences here but the kid sold us the wrong Hardware kit to the toilet and once our handyman pointed it out we immediately rushed back up but they had closed 15 minutes before and refused to make it right (he wouldn't even crack the door to hear what I had to say and just kept shouting "we're closed" even though he was 5 ft away). they left us hanging when they sold us the wrong kit (with confidence) and I had to go 30 min round trip out of my way to menards (plus shopping time)to fix their mistake. Not impressed by that and definitely shakes my loyalty towards them as they have always been our first choice for the last 6 years. Like they say, a good experience and someone will tell 3 people but with a bad one, they'll tell 10..or in this case, all of the internet. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I love this place. The guys are great and knowledgeable. Instead of just pointing you to what you need they take the time to answer questions about projects and to give recommendations. As a woman, I get nervous going in hardware stores since I've been talked down to at other places, but that's never the case here. I like going here because I know I'll get exactly what I need the first time thanks to the staff and not have to keep going back to try other ideas over and over again like at big box stores.
