I have since amended my review according to my last visit. The Dr and his little minion were very rude and dismissive. I came in with an issue I was in a brace with a cane. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. Ok here is a Tylenol I got my co pay go away. I have been going here for years NEVER again. PT was not even given as an option, like I said they just wanted me to go sorry we can’t help. So sad this practice has gone downhill. Would not even send an enemy there

This and the Kennett Square office have been horribly hit or miss when it comes to returning phone calls and informing me of my surgery time. Took 3 week's and me leaving 3 messages to find out I could go directly and get my MRI. Premier was terribly sorry for any inconveniences. Then I get a surgery date and confirmed while in front of the scheduler that Premier would be calling me the day before. How unprofessional, thoughtless, and rude. No call, no text, no email. I started calling at 3 pm...... nothing. I made special accommodations to have a designated driver, took off work and have been in pain for 3 months. These have been my experiences. "But have your credit card and insurance information ready....," Then you'll get someone's attention. Business practicese and processes need to be reviewed.

So far this I love the staff in this office my only problem is they never answer the phone I wait for very long periods of time for them to pick up and I feel like the never do I always end up having to drive down there to make a appointment which is annoying when it’s just a follow up or a results appointment I’m trying to make I understand they have a high call volume but this is just unacceptable I have been going here for about 5 months and only ever got my phone called answered twice
