Room was antiquated. No hot water in our and other rooms. Pool was closed although we were told they had a pool. Noisy ac that was no longer attached to wall. The entire room smelled musky and bathroom floor was wet. Terrible, almost non existing breakfast items. No fresh brewed coffee. Will never visit again.

Overall it think it has the potential to be nice but needs improvement. I paid $90 a night for what felt like a $50 a night room at best. For me the excessive mold was the most problematic. Additionally, my room was next to an entry door near the back that would not close properly. Other small things included issues with the toilet flushing, remote not working, and several outlets not working properly (they were operated by switch and I honestly was too lazy to sort out how many didn't work).

Positive: Location was the only reason I chose this hotel. The first hotel I booked had no hot water, so I was desperate to find another room in the area quickly. Negative: Property was very run down. Doors to outside didn¿t work well. Room had been cleaned, but was not clean. Vent in bathroom was disgusting. Pillows were terrible

I booked the room for my cousin's and I because we were there for our uncle Vince's funeral, The room itself didn't have a pullout couch like promised so my cousins kid had to sleep on the floor and the doors to get into the building didn't work with our room cards and only one key worked for the room, we had the sweet girl at the front desk fix the cards to no avail! Not to mention the two rooms with the dangerous rooms signs, definitely wasn't worth $146 for a night in a hotel that was run down! Your website is deceiving because what I got wasn't what I paid for!

Only one way to find out ans give them a call they would be happy to answer all of your questions.
I know you can email the company and the manager of that location will respond. A service animal is different than a household pet. They need to be able to teach their staff the difference.
