This location is the absolute worst.. I have been to this location over 4 times this month. My first time going the employees were rude, it was very hard to get service but I really wanted a hat so I purchased 3 hats.2nd time going there hours say “12-9” I arrived at 6:00pm no one was there.. go for a 3rd time to get some hates customized the employee states there machine is down. I go back for a 4th time 12/20 at 5:30pm.. no lights, door closed but there over 4 people in the store just sitting around and laughing. I opened the door to check and see if they were closed and all the employee just looked around and said nothing and laughed. The employee came to the Door and said “we are closed for the day due to a spill but maybe try in 40 minutes” so I decided to make a call while in the mall to the store to see what’s going on.. a girl answers. I asked her “hey are you guys open?” She said “yes”, I said well I’m here now and you guys are closed” she said “ohh well there is a spill come back in 10 minutes. So I said back to her” the guy in the store told me you guys were closed so I’m lost” she literally sat in silence on the phone and said” oh” , I then asked her “what are you guys hours really because I’ve came here multiple times and you guys Aren’t open. She says “ we close at 9..” but you guys are open!!. So I advised her I would just reach out to a manger.. this location has no respect or care for there customers… I will never spend my money or waste my time driving this location ever again…

This is a horrible store. Service is sh!t. The so called " Manager" is trash, No customer service skills at all. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She was very rude instore and when I called to resolve an issue over the phone, all she wanted to do is go back and forth. Then she passed me to someone else who was just as incompetent. She hung up on me. No resolution to the issue created on their behalf.

Great shop, great selection. Had a hat made with some lettering across the front though. Not so good, there needs to be more training on lining these letters up.

For Valentine's Day my wife purchased for me a hat from this location. For several months I have been wanting a Dallas Cowboys black on black hat. When I tried it on it was a bit too big, so I asked her to return it. When she returned to this location it was pretty busy, and had to wait a few minutes. When she asked for the refund the young man behind the counter was very helpful. However, another employee came from across the room telling my wife that she could not return the hat because it was too worn out, (we had the hat for less than 24 hours). Now mind you, he is speaking very loudly and embarrassing his coworkers and my wife. He continued to speak down to my wife to the point that she just wanted to leave and not deal with it. She said the other employees looked as if they wished the ground would open and swallow them up.After verbally abusing my wife over the "condition" of the hat, he decided to issue the refund. I hope he feels better after putting a middle aged woman in her place in front of a store full of customers and his fellow employees. I love hats and have spent thousands of dollars at LIDS across the US. I swear I will never ever set foot in LIDS again as long as I live. I will also tell my friends and family of the deplorable way my wife was treated. Also the only reason you got one star is because it wouldn't let me give you zero.
