Worst place to get your hair dyed in the whole state of TN. When I was 16, they burned a hole into my head because when I told them that it hurt, they ignored it and told me to wait longer until the steamer was done. Today my friend went in, years after my experience, and had the same thing happen to them. Do better. It's not that hard to listen to someone when they tell you that you're hurting them. Also if you want a generic and choppy haircut, this is the place to go.

I loved the effort my stylist put in to ensure I was happy with the color. I had very thick dark hair and went to blonde. It is not an easy process and I appreciate her hard work! I will definitely be back!
