Horrible people run this place interacting with them is so unpleasant you'll be upset you gave it a chance. Will abuse you for booking through a third party. They attempt to steal your money 2x. Watched ginger man charge a Latino family 3x the price. Made me fight for my money back for hours because I wouldn't allow them to double charge me and they got roaches too. Very unfriendly people dislikes other races dislikes women. Price gougers.

The room smelled stale and unappealing. The hot tub in the room was filthy- I wouldn’t bathe my dog in it. The toilet was so low and the seat so small I felt like I was squatting on the ground. The hotel is in serious need of an update and facelift for the price point. EDITED TO ADD: In reading other reviews (which I should have done prior to booking this hotel) the gross hot tub is a common complaint. In fact, a month ago, someone stayed in the same room 122 and had the same complaint about a disgusting hot tub. So the assurance of management that they are discussing this matter with the staff is just lip service.

I barely ever say anything bad bout a hotel. Our room, 122 had a jacuzzi & my husband went to fill it up. You literally saw floating hairs in it. Good thing I didn't try to enjoy that. Really absurd & gross. 1 of the sprinklers had the surrounding just dangling on, as my husband had pointed that out. That is unsafe for any future guests. The only positive side is that. The breakfast buffet was decent. I'm not sure if I will ever return to that best Western. Il do some homework & ask around next time.

Absolutely Horrible Experience! Was overcharged by over $1100 in a 15-16 day period. Getting the money back is becoming a nightmare. Staff doesn't even know how to use their own computer system. I know exactly what they charged me based on my bank statements. Hotel owner doesn't know how to pull up the amount charged and basically tells me to just wait for a refund. Very unprofessional and I advise anyone that's looking for a place to stay to reconsider before paying these scam artist a penny. DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOUR CARD ON FILE. Manager and Night clerk both gave open ended answers. I was charged an additional $700 the day AFTER I checked out. THE DAY AFTER! Take your business elsewhere.

Send an email to the corporation HQ . Let them know who you talked to and when . As well let the know the dates that you stayed at the location you an also hit them up on Twitter. The owners are very nice people make sure that you have talked with an owner . Let me know how it works out .
