School is overpriced. You dont need all those worthless classes(welding, fork lift driving, rigging) no employer care if you have them or not and you dont learn anything from those. As for all those "classroom hrs" , they will give you extra hrs for going home early( they credit you for 8 hrs days when they let you go home early after only 4 -6 hrs) and that you dont need. One of their instructors asked me who would you hire, a guy with all this ,PT,MT,UT,ET,RT + the other "certs" or a guy with only PT, MT,UT? well, the employers dont care because you wont be able to use all of them. Once you start doing RT , ET or advanced UT you will NEVER get to do anything else besides pt, mtJust get you basics PT,MT and decide which way you want to go UT, RT or ET dont waste your money and time at this greedy school. I didn't know any better when I went to this place 8 yrs ago. Go online and search training or school nde. Found one for a lot less with lodging included

If you are asking about a Certified Welding Inspector(CWI) prep course, not currently. We do train in nondestructive testing methods that are used in weld inspection, i.e. Ultrasound Testing(UT), Magnetic Particle Testing(MT), Radiographic Testing/X-ray(RT), and several others.
Our current programs are 30 weeks, about 7.5 months. No, we do not have any on campus housing but do help our students find housing in the area.
No. The requirements are you must have a high school diploma or GED.
