Went in with a group of colleagues, no one in yet but us, made my order and waited. Everyone at my table and everyone around me was getting their orders, I asked about my order several times and the excuse was that they were busy. Not my problem. Granted, it did get busy after we ordered and they offered me some kind of card in the end but my lunch was over and once upset I couldn't bring myself to eat or take theiroffer of apology..it was only a Cobb salad and they failed. I'll most likely never go there again or suggest it for lunch and if zero was an option that's the score you would get.
