This is the second time I tried ordering through Uber eats and it was cancelled. I decided to call because my Uber driver let me know they never received my order. Their response is “they don’t received Uber eats orders.” This makes no sense because why is your restaurant on the Uber Eats app? Accepting payments? Why did both the customer and Uber driver get confirmation that the order is being prepared? A lot of questions which have no logical answers….

I go often (about 4 times a week) I think they kinda know me because I always get the same thing.. butter pecan and hash browns. The coffee (I'm not even a coffee drinker I just love the pecan flavor and creamer, {don't judge me lol}) but the drink is good and the customer service is always good and very friendly, even early in the morning.

Ok so I ordered about $20 of food and I'm thoroughly disappointed. I ordered my food and when I got to the window was told to pull foward, of course with them already handing me my drink, so that was going to be gone before I've gotten my meal. My hot shamrock drink barely had any green in it, so I hope we aren't getting charged for food coloring and the drink barely looks green. My avocado toast looks NOTHING like the picture lol, my hash browns was cold considering the wait. The last thing that got me was the bacon, egg, and cheese wrap that's barely edible. My sons won't even eat it, its so crispy and the cheese so burnt, overall not a good stop today.

I’ll make this quick. I ordered a glazed donut that had absolutely No glaze on it. This has happened more than once. However, the staff is usually Very friendly and pleasant.
