As a person who obviously likes to rate places, I would have looked to see what i was about to get into. Don Carlos has been my Family's favorite place to go. Weekends its free time. Its where everyone goes to have drinks hear some music and just have fun after a hard work week. The Owner added all this as WE, the people gave him the ideas over the years. He Did It To Make His customers happy. Sorry your experience was not a good one. The food is actually very good. But if you're not happy all you have to do is tell the manager. They are good about keeping the customers happy. Even at lunch time during. You can ask the manager to move your party to the back as well. The chain is a successful place and the staff have worked thier for YEARS. And i know for a fact they would have tried to help if asked. If you do decide to give it a second chance go early or during the week.

If you are not a fan of Tex-Mex food this might not be your first choice I love Tex-Mex food so I eat here all the time. I do I avoid Friday and Saturday nights as they play Mariachi music and I am not a fan of mariachi music.
