I've not had a bad experience at Great Clips at Eastgate Square Mt.Laurel. Tonja the manager has impeccable customer service and experience. Dawn the assistant manager,who has been doing hair for 30+ years has always given me and my family amazing service and perfect haircuts everytime. The staff is friendly and courteous. Please don't listen to comments from people that are hard to please and eager to talk bad about businesses, on the hope's of getting something for free by lying about the service of an establishment. Dre snow,... He has had nothing but negative reviews on Google. That should tell you something. He is looking for free services and at the expense of degrading skilled stylists and other businesses. He should be ashamed that he could care less about people's professions and livelihood. Shame.

Place blows n really jerked off. Wait time long and increases once there, they stand around finger jam themselves; nobody realizes they’re people watching while they do nothing, the hair cut looks like a dog chewed on your head and all I asked for was a simple fade. They slept thru that lesson at the school house, place is really bad! I’m just a guy with a simple cut. Stay AWAY from Mt Laurel, NJ East Gate Square, Nixon drive. The person who runs this place won’t last long. Find a pro salon or barber and pay the xtra money.

Great clips loves walk-ins..... DO NOT call......that does absolutely nothing... 1. It makes us walk away from clients 2. We can not put your name on wait list over the phone 3. When people do call and ask for a wait time, it can and probably will change by the time you arrive. So you can download their app to check-in ahead of time or walk-in and if you have to wait, there are plenty of shops close by to kill time :)

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
