Everyone is so nice included Security! I’m always greeted with kind people when I go. My Doctor is the best, she listens and executes the problem. If you can, get Dr Bates. My daughter’s Pediatrician is caring as well. I’m blessed. Not to mention how kind our nurses have been as well. Very sweet.

Very professional staff

Hi Maria, Thanks for asking. Walk-ins are Mon thru Thu 8:30-11am and 1-3pm on Fri. Hope to see you soon!
Walk-ins are welcome but usually fit in when another patient does not show for their appointment so wait times can be longer. There are also same-day appointments that can be scheduled that day.

Uninsured patients are welcome and all insurances are accepted. If you don't have insurance there's a sliding scale. Bringing a paystub can help get you set up on the sliding scale and keep costs low. If you have insurance, registration goes quicker if a Spectrum provider is designated as your Primary Care Provider. This is not necessary if you're coming in for family planning/sti screening.

Hi Tey Money, Thanks for asking. Please call 215.471.2761 or feel free to visit at your earliest convenience at either 5201 Haverford Ave. (West Philly); 1415 N. Broad St., Suite 224 (North Philly); 1325 S. 33rd St., 3rd Fl. (South Philly). You can call to schedule an appointment or when you come in, just show proof of income, even if you don't have insurance.
Hi Lonniesha and Debbie. The care is not free, nor is it necessary for you to have insurance; however, there are discounted, sliding fees based on family size and income. For uninsured or under-insured patients, one of our registrars can assist qualifying patients with applying for anappropriate insurance.
