Very nice people, very knowledgeable. Geek Squad told me it would take 8-10 weeks go fix my computer and they had it done in one week. Also, he taught me to open my laptop in the middle and not on the corner as it stresses the plastic and the hinge.

I called CPR Cell Phone Repair regarding my iPhone 8 that I busted the screen and home button on. In just a couple minutes on the phone, I was given a detailed and very reasonable quote for the repair. I dropped it by the store the same day and it was ready for me within an hour! Even though my home button was completely toast from the drop damage (The specialist who helped me said he tried 3 separate buttons to no avail), they installed a used home button that at least wasn’t shattered, set up AssistiveTouch functionality for me, and even waived the cost of a home button replacement!! Great experience and knowledgeable staff!

CPR repaired a broken glass lens cover ( not the lens itself )on my galaxy s21 5g recently. They did a good job and the phone is back to normal. It was a bit spendy at 84 dollars before tax for one lens but needed to be done.

July '21, brought in my OnePlus to replace a cracked screen. Waited 2wks for parts delivery, it arrives & turns out replacement part was faulty. No haptic response. Old cracked screen goes back on, 2 more weeks & new screen is on and responsive. I go to use front facing camera and there's a gap where led backlight bleeds thru into the lens and obscures top 1\4 of image. Back to the shop I go. Mgr has someone shim the gap, says he'll order an OEM that sits flush around the camera & take care of the repair personally. Months later, screen apparently arrives and now all the sudden he's crazy busy, all sorts of excuses and never a good time. $200 and 6 months later I'm trying to pin this guy down just to get him to do what he said he would do in the beginning, so I finally just gave up. My time is more valuable than that.
