I love the team at Escape the Crate! My dogs look forward to going there and the staff loves them! They are so accommodating and are so helpful! I love that I can pick them up on Sundays when we get back from traveling instead of having to wait until Monday.

I will not use this place again. We have literally spent thousands of dollars for daycare and boarding over the years at this facility. We recently added a new pup to our family and arranged for a meet and greet. We received no negative feedback concerning the new pup until we tried to schedule boarding for an upcoming trip. After sending in the online request for boarding for our two dogs, we waited for the confirming as per their protocol. When that did not come I was forced to follow up with them to make sure they could accommodate the boarding. It was not until that time that they informed me that they felt the new pup was too timid to be in daycare. Furthermore, they then informed me that in order to use the boarding with daycare, which we had previously used without incident, the pup would have to attend for multiple days in a row prior to the boarding. When I informed them that that was not possible given what our situation was they informed me that they were simply not willing to board our dogs. In short, after spending thousands of dollars at their facility, there was no communication from them and when I tried to make arrangements for boarding as we have done in the past, they suddenly imposed conditions that had never been imposed previously. The communication is horrible and I do not recommend the facility.

Our favorite place to bring our pups. Been boarding our dogs their for the last 5 years and have been happy. They always seem well taken care of and completely exhausted when they come home.

Great place to board your doggo. Lots of play options and ala cart add ons like snuggle time, dog spa etc.
