TruFire was a pretty great experience. First off our waiter Mimi was a gem and answered all of our questions about the gluten free options. They do have a separate GF menu with a lot of choices ranging from salads, pastas and sandwiches. For an appetizer we had the Crab Dip with gf pita. The pita was just okay nothing really special. The dip was good portion size and tasty although a tad bit salty (just like me). Dinner consisted of the naked avocado salad add chicken. My husband ordered the GF chicken sandwich with side salad. Both were very tasty! The salad was fresh and had such a zesty lemon flavor. The sandwich was hot and juicy. They did mess up the sandwich at first and sent it out with regular croutons and immediately Mimi caught the mistake and corrected it! For dessert we had the chocolate flourless cake. It was small but plenty of dessert for two people to share. Overall we had a good experience and would come back.

Diverse food options, with fun glassware (my pinot noir, not pictured, was served in an extravagant burgundy wine glass). I split a couple of appetizers with a friend. They were a bit more greasy than I was expecting, and maybe a bit more bland than I thought they would be. However, I would still be interested in trying other things on the menu. Overall a pleasant experience.

Super disappointed. Staff was fantastic, but the food was completely underwhelming. Goat cheese appetizer tasted like it had 2 tablespoons of sugar added, and was inedible. Pizza was a floppy, soggy mess. Seafood pasta tasted old and was small for the price. Won't be back. Even the drinks couldn't save this one.

TruFire is a great restaurant with an excellent atmosphere. The food is great, and the wine is actually reasonably priced. The pizzas are particularly good, and I got the burger which was excellent. The only downside: the service was pretty abysmal the night we went. It took a long time to get our waters, orders, check, etc. I still am giving 4 starts though because it seemed like they were understaffed and they were very apologetic! Overall still a good experience.

There is a separate room, but I don't think it can hold a party of 40 (more like 30). However, they can easily isolate one part of the restaurant and accommodate your needs. If you give them a call, I'm sure you will come to the agreement.
