Staff is very friendly. But they have a slight problem with roaches. I spotted roaches and roach eggs on the electrical outlets in the bathroom. I tried showing staff, but she didn't seem that concerned to see. They did try and accommodate me by moving me to another room 2 doors down, but I spotted roaches in that room also. So maybe a thorough fumigation is recommended.

Front desk person was great.The furniture (sofa) in the suite could be replaced. A little uncomfortable after sitting for a while. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The front desk person was very accommodating gave me a room first floor. Had 2 puppies with me and found my room easily accessible. Bed was very comfortable, enjoyed my night very much

The pool is not heated, but is usually clean and is open for the season.
My husband and I got a pretty good experience at Best Western, just not enought parking . Sorry to hear you had bad customer service. La Quinta next door is an awesome place to stay too.
