I will never understand the hype around mod pizza. Everyone was so excited when they were getting ready to open. I’d never heard of it but thought, “you can’t screw up pizza too bad”, and looked forward to trying it. Tried it a couple times with friends and have never had a more disappointing “pizza” in my life. The service is friendly, fast, and efficient, I don’t blame them at all for the the quality of the food. It isn’t their fault, it’s by design. The crust is so thin I wouldn’t even call it a crust. It cooks fast because it’s so thin, but I don’t see the advantage to that, because it just ends up crispy and with too much char on it. Literally burnt. It’s gross. The cheese doesn’t even taste right… what are they even using? Is it even cheese? Is it even pizza?

I'm very disappointed. for how little our pizzas were it took them an hour and a half to cook them. Their "normal" crust is ultra thin so not only did it make chewing it an absolute chore but the taste was old , tough and very hard to chew. The cheese tasted sour and had a weird after taste. Not even my "bread sticks" were correct it was jus t cheese on barely any bread, no garlic and instead of the ranch i asked for, i was given a sour red sauce.. also my 6" pizza wasn't even what i ordered they forgot the pickled onons unless their idea of 1 piece of onion was enough. uggh im never going back. Not worth the price or time waited.

The food is great when they can get it right. I would recommend dining in so you can be a part of the step-by-step process of assembling your pizza. Every single time my family has ordered something for pickup, at least one of us has come home with the wrong toppings or missing toppings or whatever, and they haven't always been willing to make it right. Even when they do, one of us gets to eat now and the other is hungry for an extra half an hour with an extra trip to the restaurant. The flexibility of ordering exactly what we want can result in an amazing pizza, but when it's wrong, it really sours the whole experience.

We went to the drive thru to pick up a quick dinner for the drive home. Cheese pizza with a cauliflower crust. Simple and delicious. The 2nd pizza, The Caspian, had red onions, barbecue sauce, Garganzola cheese, and chicken. The sweet tangyness of the barbecue sauce mixed with the funky boldness of the cheese made for a mouth watering explosion that guaranteed we had no left overs. Tasty pizza.

Yes, they do, as well as a cauliflour crust option.

My last visit was about 3 weeks ago. Everyone is masked, except customers who are eating. The employees do not enforce any distancing. While I was waiting for my order, an employee was sweeping and kept getting close to me, no matter where I moved. It made me a bit uncomfortable. You can avoid this though, because they do have curbside pick up as well (which I used the following day).
