The wine list was amazing! The service was great! The pizza was not so good. I just wanted to take the college-bound kid somewhere fancy, but it was no good. There was a bitter flavor from what may have been old burnt cornmeal in or on the crust, but I dont know. Both pizzas had the same bitterness. We were starving, so we ate about 1 and a half pieces, and that was all we could take. We packed it up for the college kids to eat later, and took the little kids somewhere else they could eat.

Went out for Sunday Breakfast and ended up at Maialina's today. No they do not have a breakfast menu, but they do have a couplle of items topped with a real egg. They were excellent. We sat outside--everyone was outside, for that matter, when we were there, Several patrons brought their dogs with them. In each case, the wait staff brought a bowl of water to the dog without being prompted. We enjoyed greeting some fellow patrons and their dog companions. Staff was very prompt. Pizza came out quickly because they use a wood fired pizza oven. Prices are quite reasonable considering Maialina's has a no tip policy

Absolute perfection. We stopped at this restaurant on a whim and could not have gone to a better place. The service was bright and fast. The food was incredible, but the real star of the show is the dessert. We got the tiramisu and the raspberry sorbet, which were phenomenal. This is a must visit.

Modern Italian restaurant in Moscow, Idaho. It fits a more upscale 'hipster' vibe. The food portions are medial and flavor profiles are reflective of fusion flavors (dollop of ricotta on a salad with pancetta for example). The service was well, the menu has an extensive wine selection. We ordered a modified pizza, replacing the pepperoni with prosciutto. The pizza was classic Neapolitan thin crust. The only complaint we had about the food was the salad was not chopped so it proved messy to eat with sticky ricotta and the tomato sauce on the pizza was so watery the crust was soft and mushy at the points. The restaurant will cut your pizza upon request however they expect you to cut it yourself at your table. The ultimate qualm we had was a principality issue- the restaurant does not promote the foundational theory of competition for excellence classically found in the service industry. Patrons are "not allowed" to tip servers as a 19% gratuity is included in the final bill. This is to 'fairly distribute' funds to all employees, which in principle is literally the antithesis of American capitalism and competition. The restaurant operates on a socialist notion. Unfortunately we will likely not return as we do not support that principal.

Yes, they offer multiple options of pizza
Yes.
There is a strict mask policy and all seating is distanced
Their food and service is great. Also, very good lunch specials.
Yes! A few different kinds too! Also good is the red beer.
I found the menu on their Facebook link even though I don't have Facebook.
There are at least 3 things that you can get vegan. There is the patate arrosto, and the Fiorellini pizza's, just ask them to hold the Cheese! Their pizza doesn't need it! Also you can get the beet salad hold the cheese. Also amazing!
