I would post a zero star but it won’t let me. I have been through the drive through pharmacy many times over the years but I have never been treated so rudely two times now in the past two months I have been to the drive through pharmacy and both times I have been ignored the first time I had to go in after waiting 30 minutes in the drive through and they were not busy and again today I was waiting 30 minutes it’s a hot day and gas is expensive and then the one that finally came to the window actually had the nerve to try and lecture me about how busy they are except I guess it takes two people to do one job even though neither of them is new.

Go to Safeway if you want the Pfizer. They hardly ever have lines, they take walk-ins and the poor staff here is way overworked, not to mention they frequently run out of vaccines and their website appointment are horrendously run, even after making an appointment I was turned away. So yeah, go to Safeway or some other pharmacy maybe you can spare yourself the 3 trips I had to make only to not be served.

Absolutely horrendous pharmacy and the people who work there are even worse. Me and my brother waited for an hour in line from 4:30 to 5:45 for a Covid test (my appointment was at 4:45, mind you), and when we got to the window the lady told us that there was no way we could have waited an hour, that we were lying and that there was no way we would be receiving a Covid test that day. If you value your time and your dignity, pick a different pharmacy. -Marcus

As a Moscow Walgreens customer for several years (and having lived right down the street), I recently moved and wanted to transfer my prescriptions to another Walgreens location. Please note that I've always had a pleasant in-person experience with the Moscow Walgreens until this situation. After waiting on hold for over thirty minutes, I was met with a rude, disgruntled Pharmacy Manager, Sierra. On the phone, she was unapologetic, dismissive, rude, and clearly annoyed and frustrated that I was even on the phone in the first place. Horrible customer service!
