Well we're going on over a year of our maintenance request answered. We have probably submitted over 10 request to get a plumber out, to get our screen door fixed, to get a leak under our kitchen sink fixed....ect I will be getting a hold of the BBB on this company. Just like the 7 month's it's taken you to reply to our review, it takes just about that long if not longer to get thing's fixed when we submit via online portal. Update my review as of May 2022... Again we've submitted maintenance requests and nothing but 2 toilets fixed out of our many many other maintenance requests.

If it was possible to give this business a zero, I would. When it was time to close our account because we no longer wanted to rent our house, the accountant made various errors and almost had me over pay hundreds of dollars. She was so insistent her accounting was correct, I had to involve my husband - who is an accountant - to help her see her errors. Before involving my husband, I left multiple messages for the office manager to see if maybe he could reason with her and he never answered my messages. Also before involving my husband, the accountant and the customer care rep were telling my tenant one thing and me another regarding the return of my tenant's deposit. One day the customer care rep told me, "We mailed your tenant her deposit check." Then, my tenant told me, "I haven't received it." I then called the customer care rep back to tell her my tenant hadn't received her deposit check by mail and she said, "No, actually it turns out we didn't mail it, we contacted your tenant and told her to come to our office to pick up her deposit check." Then, I called my tenant and my tenant told me, "They have never contacted me regarding picking up a deposit check. I'll pick up the check tomorrow." I called the customer care rep back and told her, "The tenant is picking up her deposit check tomorrow, please make sure it is ready for her." The customer care rep says, "No, actually there is no deposit check here for her, the accountant says you have to pay us an outstanding balance before we can give the tenant her deposit check. You'll have to speak to the accountant regarding what you owe." And, at that point is when I contacted the accountant who then said I owed hundreds of dollars and that is when my husband - the account - had to go through her bookkeeping with her to help her see her accounting mistakes. I can only assume this business is still in business because there aren't very many local rental management companies from which to choose. You may be better off choosing a non-local company and avoid this company entirely.
