I've come here for many years and always good vibes. Good people. Today I went to their old place at Fresno street. Their security guard, a well intentioned man, informed me that they moved to Clovis. The man forgot to keep social distancing. I was still at the wheel, not wearing mask with my door opened and he was almost getting into my car to show me the AI new address on his phone, wearing no mask, breathing into my car. I don't get close to people who don't wear mask. It was a scary experience. I am 70 years old

Arrived early only to be told I would have to drink some liquids before the scan and would have to wait an hour before I would even be called back. The first liquid was thick and chalky. The second was a bottle of water. This whole process was upsetting because I did receive a call on Friday to remind me of this appointment and ask me additional questions, but I did not know I had to be fasting and no liquids. Fortunately I had not yet started to drink my coffee so I had to take it back to my car. The woman at the frontbdesk was less than sympathetic to my concerns. Then, I am called back and had a very nice young man ask me questions and offered me a warm blanket because this place is sooooo cold. When I was walked in to where the scan would take place, I received one more surprise: I need some type of dye in a drip injected into me. At this point, I was ready to walk out and almost did had it not been for their shining star Jen. She explained everything and was very reassuring and calming. I have to say that I felt very alone, vulnerable and intimidated but Jen made me feel at ease and able to complete this. The feedback I am giving is that more information is needed for as a patient so I know what to expect especially for a procedure like this.
