The place is fine, but the administration is the worst, the assistant always responds reluctantly and the security of the place is not the best either, my balcony was robbed twice and they never did anything.

It a great place to let your kids play it's a nice place to live in the rent is great and the people are nice

They do have 1 bedroom apts. You need to call them for monthly rent. No pets are allowed.
