First off do not expect a human to check you in, it is all automated. I had an appointment for 9:30, I was not seen until 10:00, my named disappeared off the screen in the lobby at 9:45, I'm sure this is done so that management doesn't notice that they are behind. I also had to drop off a stool sample, and was told I wouldn't have to wait, however when I came the next day, I had to have a number and wait...totally messed up Quest. I think the district manager needs to come in and clean house!

The woman working there was very rude and not at all helpful. My husband and I ended up leaving without getting our blood drawn. We were there at 6am with 1 person ahead of us. The place was empty, yet their new system could not fit us in until 1pm. We needed a fasting blood draw. You need to have an appt. ahead of time. She was so rude.

Very rude. Management needs to look into this and teach their employees some bedside manner towards their patients. Will not trust them with my care, needles and my information. Will not go back again

I had a good experience today at Quest Diagnostics. I have no complaints whatsoever. My phlebotomist was good at her job and I Think her name was Sally. The appointment scheduling is another thing to be discussed. People do not understand it as I was in the waiting room that's what they were discussing So there is some room for improvement
