Bad customer service, you ALWAYS be needing to check if your order is right after you repeat it 3-4 times, and they still have it wrong!!!(SMH) The majority of the time they charge you for a meal that they don't even have, so after waiting 10 mins they let you know... "Sorry we are out of it!"... why don't they inform you right away, & make you wait... so frustrating... too bad they only have 1 KFC in South County, and the one we have Sucks!!!

It’s 25 mins to closing time and they’re locked up. They are walking around and cleaning and look at a potential customer and stare. It’s puzzling for consumers. No work ethic. Every other place in town is swamped and it’s a holiday weekend. No work ethic
