The Dispatch are probably one of the worst people to talk to. Useless individuals, who obviously don't care. They'd rather argue with you than try and help resolve a situation. When speaking with a Supervisor, instead of apologizing, they insist that their staff are not in the wrong. Worst experience contacting a law enforcement agency ever.

The Clerk that works in the CCW Application Department is very nice, professional and very punctual at what she does with respect to processing applications, fingerprinting and doing backround checks.
