Don’t waste your time or money here!!! Spent 2 weeks for the company to resolve our no water issue in our house. The first 2 visits they said it was just a switch in the control box that kept flipping by itself. After the second visit they concluded that our pump must have went bad so they came a week later to change our pump all to find out it’s poly pipe(seeing how I just moved into this house I wasn’t aware of the two different types of pipes wells use) which apparently they aren’t equipped to service so if you have poly pipe better off going somewhere else. Then they said they wouldn’t be able to come back out for another week to switch out the pipe which they assured us they could still do. But waiting another week, so three weeks total with no water in this triple degree weather while I am pregnant was unreasonable for me so I called the house insurance and simply asked if there was anyone else we could switch to and they said no because they had already come out once to the house so there was no way for us to change. Ingram equipment called us back mad and REFUSED to come back out because they got in trouble with the insurance company because they were not servicing us in a timely manner. And on top of all that they were going to be charging us $1500 through insurance and $3800 out of pocket! So take my advice save your time and money and go somewhere else. Forest the new owner of Ingram pumps spent 20 minutes with me over the phone giving options on my personal well including doing nothing since I still have 20 feet to go before my wells stops working. Thank you Ingram pumps !!!!

On Friday November 27th my water well pump stopped working. Being that it was Thanksgiving four day weekend it was hard to get someone out here to fix it. I finally found a company from Lindsey that came out on Saturday. The technician diagnosed it and told me that the pump was grounded out and that it had to be replaced. I paid him $225.00 and that it was going to cost me 3,600.00 to $4,000 for the job. I waited for a second opinion and called Ingram Equipment on Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. and By 8:30 a.m. the technician had found and fixed the problem. He found that it was only the electrical box that was no good. My well was up and running thanks to Ingram Equipment. I highly recommend Ingram Equipment to anybody 100%. They respond quickly and professionally to customer's needs. There is no doubt i will definitely call them in the future
