I really like this place. When I can't get into my hairdresser I got here. I like the fact that if get your hair cut here and you go home you have 48 hours, if you are not happy with your cut. You can go back and they can try to fix the problem. This happened to me once and the manager fixed my hair. I was happy after that. I would recommend this place.

I got on the monthly unlimited cut plan to try and save some money. I had my hair cut with three different woman there and every time I was unsatisfied these woman can't even do a basic fade properly they dont fade it out they leave lines in your hair. Abys to fast maybe if she took her time and followed directions she'd give better haircuts and jo takes for ever and still messess up your hair and this other Hispanic girl can't cut a fade if her life depended on it. I don't know why I kept going back but I'm tired of gettin a messed up haircut I guess you get what you pay for cheap unlimited plan for a cheap messed up hair cut. This place shouldn't even be called supercuts and should hire people who actually know how to cut hair smh. Unbelievable!

Took my boyfriend in for a trim and he came out with his bangs cut about a half inch and the rest of his hair untouched. I had to make him go back in and come with him just to tell the ladies to actually cut his hair this time for the $38 they had charged him. It ended up looking decent after the second lady basically recut the 10,000 or so hairs that the first girl had somehow missed. 1 star for trying, 3 stars for fixing it, but subtract 1 star for the price….. 💩💩💩💩
