Save yourself the extra stress and frustration and find a different Ketamine doc. Every time I came (gave him three chances) he was AT LEAST 45 minutes late. Would still be annoying regardless of the situation but in a situation where you have to plan rides to and from a procedure that doesn't allow you to drive is RIDICULOUS. Also, every single time I went, the staff wasn't friendly, I wasn't listened to and was rushed out the door directly after treatment (I'm assuming so Dr. Ahmad could get home after running so late...). For the record, I am getting ketamine treatments at a new clinic (which is AMAZING) and it is POLICY to stay for at least two hours. It is ethically and dangerously wrong to rush someone you just pumped full of ketamine out the door- especially when it was your own fault for being so late to the scheduled appointments. There was one time, the machine kicked off and started beeping. I called for help and NO ONE came. I called out for minutes for help... I ended up having to yell, "Somebody, please help me!" on ketamine, through the clinic until someone from the front desk came running to my rescue. I also told him his dosing was off for me and instead of listening to me, gave me MORE than the previous time. His assistant(wife) that follows him around even told him not to give me more and he still did. After NO follow up after any appointment, he texted me a few weeks after the last time I went to see if I could show up for an appointment THAT DAY... He's just an anesnteiologist doing ketamine on the side. It is not safe, it is not regulated, it is not the place to go to get help. And apparently their website no longer works so it would seem he's either too irresponsible to pay to keep the site up or he's stopped. I hope he's stopped. Do not go here.

I am a health care professional from out of state. Dr. Ahmad is extremely compassionate and very psychologically minded. He clearly has a passion to help those of us that struggle with depression. I went to see him after electroconvulsive therapy failed to adequately address my symptoms of depression. He treated me with Ketamine infusions, and the results were incredible. I highly recommend this physician and his team, they really know what they’re doing!!
