Bad: Bedding were unclean. Hairs on pillows and sheets. Had to ask for replacements and change ourselves at midnight. Chromecast hardware was missing, so we wasted the first night figuring that out. Bathroom light was old. The first few minutes it was so dark that we had to use smartphone lights, then it brightens up after a few minutes, but still dim. There were motorcycle noises outside our window which woke us at 4 am. Left feedback in the email survey, but no follow-ups or replies. Good: Reception and front desk folks were friendly and helped us. TLDR: Friendly people. Mediocre cleaning and amenities.

I have stayed here twice now and love it.. the rooms are quiet; rooms are clean ; service folks totally accommodate you; the breakfast is delicious; they have a little restaurant inside. The location is great; the hotel is close to hospital; and pharmacy close to shopping and fuel. They make you feel at home on a budget.

Truth teller

The hotel is very nice and located in a nice area. I loved the pool and it has warm water for the kids to swim. Continental breakfast is always a plus. Breakfast was hot and staff was nice. Rooms were clean and very spacious. I appreciated the plastic on the remotes to help with the issue of germs and COVID. There are shopping centers 3 mins away and some fast food places nearby. Easy access to the freeway.
