The worst attitude for a security guard very unprofessional approach to my arrival she barked at me for asking to use the pin pad when I say barked I mean no exaggeration I then asked her for help to check to see if I was at the right place by trying to give her the address and she was screaming at me I didn’t even understand what she was trying to say she was COMPLETELY IRRATIONAL and very odd I felt she was borderline out of control and it didn’t even make any sense as I was depending on Apple maps to get me to an address and was not sure if I was at the right place the lady with the heavy NY accident was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to get assist with trying to get help to see if an address that was receiving a delivery from me was in this development and my 12 year old daughter was in the car as well and her scream was so disrespectful and vulgar I had to get out of my car to get her head away from my car window when I told her all I was doing was asking her to do was to help make sure I was supposed to be at that address or not (do her job) and there was no reason for her aggressive behavior I was on the verge of calling the police it was so bad I was so upset and embarrassed that my daughter had to go through that then I had asked her for her name and she ignored me so I tired to get to where I could read it on her badge and she walked to where I believe the camera could no longer see her and then I said I would like your name and then covered her name tag with her hand and refused to give me her name and said nope I will not give you my name on that note she definitely needs to be replaced and reported to her employer for her disgusting behavior and screaming like a crazy and not allowing me to see her name
