Ample parking, good selection of movie snacks. The bar makes pretty good drinks, I got an old fashioned (double) and it was made relatively quickly and tasted great. Movie seats recline (note:they recline back but not all the way. Also when they recline back the seat goes up so don't be alarmed if this happens)

Great place watched the spider man no way home recently. The kiosk self service for snacks was like a mess. Checkout is big line and whole area looks like mess Other than that the movie Theater sounding restroom everything is super clean so will visit again

No complaints here! Staff were super friendly and it was very easy to pick up our food and drink that we ordered online. My husband and I loved watching the Black Widow here! Also side note they have a warming feature to their seats which is very neat!

This location is great; the entrance is inviting, the general floor is clean, the restrooms are very clean and the theater itself was upkept well. The seats are very comfortable and recline quite far. I have not been to a theater in years because of our setup at home. So to be greeted with this experience was refreshing. Since the cleanliness is visible, I had a good feeling that they clean and disinfect Since the pandemic, I don't have a good trust feeling when companies say they do. But for the West Plano Cinemark, I don't think it's just a PR thing because one can clearly see the cleanliness. The service was also welcoming. From the agent that took our tickets to the rep that was at the concessions, everyone smiled were courteous and welcoming. Lastly, their technology is updated. Not only do they have self service kiosks, the stations were contact-less and took Google Pay. I love establishments that are up with technology especially when they can take RFID or NFS. West Plano Cinemark gets 👍👍from me!
