Had dinner with my man last night. Was an amazing experience! From wait staff to amazing chef! Had create your own combo, he had 3 , I had 2 , we chose sirloin and salmon he added scallops. Both steaks were cooked perfectly, salmon was perfect! His scallops were great as well! Had to give positive feedback to manager, it was a great experience!

Haven't been to a Red Lobster in a long time but decided to try it again because they have the endless shrimp Mondays. We started out with the coconut and shrimp scampi. Both were bigger portions than I remember which was good and both tasted as we remember. Very good. For the second round we got the Walt's original shrimp and the wood skewer. The wood skewers are good but missing the teriyaki sauce. We added a Caesar salad and it was also very good and our waiter was nice enough to split one salad into two bowls so we could share it. The potato was disappointing because I remembered that it used to have the salt on the outside and was a very crispy skin that you could eat. This potato was just normal. The cheddar biscuits were delicious and our winter brought us plenty of them. Speaking of our waiter, Joshua M was excellent. Kept our drinks full, brought us plenty of shrimp and biscuits. Kept checking on us and brought some fresh biscuits to take with us to go. The manager was not as attentive. When we got to the restaurant, no one was at the front hostess stand. Understandable because Im sure like everywhere else they are under staffed. However the manager saw us standing there and never came up to say anything, like hey we will be right with you or anything. We also sat by the bar area and heard him being what I would consider rude to a customer who was waiting on a to go order. Further as we were leaving, he was at the hostess stand and never said a word to us. How about a thanks for coming in? Or was everything okay? Anyway, that's the reason for the 4 stars.

Ordered take out twice in the last few months. Every time my pick-up person has gone (a family member), he has been met with staff who initially ignore him completely, extreme wait times without any acknowledgement or updates, rude staff when they do finally speak to him, and poor service all around. And I had put in the order for takeout and I was told 26 minutes at the checkout screen. I confirmed the order. When I got my confirmation, the wait time had almost tripled. 10 seconds maximum between hitting confirm and getting confirmation and a wait time 3x as long? And then for the food to still not be ready even after that excess wait time? I ordered around 5 pm, I really didn't think they had that many early birds they couldn't do ONE take out meal. We wanted to keep giving them another chance, hoping the first time was a fluke, but this is the second time. And no one really cares. And I did email customer service about this. No response. Not surprised.

Great service & food came really fast. I love their signature biscuits but my food was a little bit too salty. It was not a cheap meal but i still love their food.

You may pay ahead and select curbside pickup when you place your order. Then drive up to one of the designated curbside pickup parking spots at the restaurant where you placed the order, and call the phone number indicated on the sign at the parking space to let the restaurant know you have arrived. A Red Lobster employee will bring your order hot and fresh to your car.
Customers are kept separate and staff wore mask. Felt very safe.
