Stayed there and the neighbor got bed bugs. Called the office in a panic. Staff questioned me if I was lying.. Took 5 days for an exterminator to come out who confirmed they came through the electrical outlet. Two new beds and mattresses ruined. A YEAR later was charged 2100 on my credit like I was hauling that infested furniture out.

I lived here for two years. It was okay, the groundskeeper was the best, but the office staff is terrible now. When I first moved in, the staff was very pleasant and on top of things. Now, they're unprofessional, ignore their tenants, and have no idea what they're doing. Ive had staff walk past me without saying a word, I've had them call and ask me to send them links for the emails they send out themselves, and refuse to assist with simple requests. I just got off the phone with Mirna, had to call her back, and when I mentioned we had just been speaking, she simply said "no." I asked her for information to pay off a debt I didn't know I had with them, and she's been extremely unhelpful. There are better places to live.

Kerrie took over 600 dollars from me, 100 for the app and 500 for the new renters fee, even though I recently moved out my apartment here in Texas Houston, only a few months ago, good rental history and the landlord pulled up a false eviction 7 years ago from Greenville North Carolina, and denied me! Even though I make 70,000 a year, plus paid the extra money. And had rental history since then for years in Texas. This is a bad. Also I can’t receive my money back until up to 30 days! Bad business. I been Screwed once again!!!

Talking about The Enclave at Copper Field Apartments, I would say three points: Great Customer Service, flexible Rental Policies, and Care for Residents. Vanessa Flores, Director of First Impression is the real Brand Ambassador for this apartment complex. Nearly one year ago, when I looked for an apartment that suited my family’s budget, I found the Enclave at Copperfield which was near my previous apartment, just 3 minutes away by car. When I first met Vanessa in her office, she offered me with her genuine and natural smile, not an affected one. Now she is still behaving the same. Knowing my need to look for a 2-bedroom and 1-bathroom apt, she actively introduced me everything related to this type: from the surface, apt comforts, form of monthly payment to other fees, parking and other public benefits. I myself prepared a list of questions to ask her but I did not seem to have that opportunity because Vanessa was kind of a “thought reader”. She was very proactive. I just sat there speechless and listened with satisfaction. The conversation took place in a natural manner making me feel comfortable and happy, like a talk between two friends. Flexible rental policy is another great point that I found at The Enclave at Copperfield. While other apartment complexes around rigidly ask customers to show a copy of apartment insurance policy and electricity lease, these are not initial requirements here. The Management Team really cares for residents. Parking overloaded is always a lasting problem for nearly all apartment properties. To deal with this “lasting” problem, the Management coordinated with Capitol Wrecker, a towing company, to control the number of cars parking daily. All residents’ cars should be registered, otherwise, they will be towed away at the owner’s expense. Thanks to this action, all “unregistered cars” suddenly disappeared from the parking area, returning empty parking rooms for entitled residents. I feel happy to sign another one-year contract with the Enclave at Copperfield. This is a great place to live, although it is just temporary. I strongly recommend the Enclave at Copperfield to those who may be interested in.

Go to "The Enclave at Copoerfield" website. I believe everything is listed on there or you can certainly call them and ask for the leasing agent. Her name is Vanessa.

Don’t move here. These apartments are raggedy and old. Most everything inside the apartment is old. They paint over dirt and hair. Old carpet. Management sucks. They're infested with stray cats and dead rat scents in the ac vents. And the ac ven
