Rude and unprofessional. The courts have no record of supposed evictions they filed, landlord cannot provide copies or dates. The lady he replied was so rude. There is a way to speak to people with common decency and phone etiquette. I would be correct in assuming we all spoke to the same rude woman who they still employ. That is a big reflection on the company. They say they help landlord and tenants they do not. So you might want to clarify that. They cannot even help you with copies of notices they sent! My landlord told me to contact them! Which makes absolutely no sense if they cannot help. My issue isn't fully your misleading wording but mainly your customer service. Even if you don't help tenants, still be cordial and kind. Who knows those tenants could have been customer in the future. However you choose to be condescending, rude and unprofessional. Please don't use you don't help tenants as an excusing you response for rude customer service. You can still point them where they need to go without being condescending, rude, belligerent and hanging up on them. **The response is clearly stating your rude service and yet the only thing they address is We don't service tenants. Which I stated already! my issue is your lack of accountability for UNPROFESSIONAL service .Which you clearly don't care about. Which proves my point**

Leavitt Evictions has been so helpful to our company in handling all our evictions. We manage over 160 homes, and we highly recommend using Leavitt.

I recommend them whenever I can. We have used them a few times and never had any issues, and always helpful. Thank you!

That is something that you can tell the courts when you go and file your response.
We help landlords evict their tenants. I apologize if you’ve reached out to us and we don’t answer your landlord requests.
We help landlords evict their tenants. If a landlord wants to stop a lockout, they would show up at the time of the lockout and simply say, “it’s no longer necessary.” If you’re a tenant looking to stop a lockout, you will have to contact the courts directly.
Yes.
You'll have to do what the 5 day unlawful detainer tells you do to.
